"Received a call from the hotel 30 mins prior to arrival saying they were overbooked. When we arrived they were able to accommodate us with another room with a roll away bed for our daughter. They were very friendly and apologetic location is great, right on the beach. It is very loud at night since it is very close to the bars. If you are looking for locations it is fantastic, if your looking for quiet it might not be for you. Breakfast was a full breakfast off the menu which was great. "

The owner refused to correct the issue &was extremely rude. Despite clear advertising, the issue was not resolved. Instead, the owner responded with this dismissive reply: "you booked a private room without AC, you can check also you email confirmation of the room that you booked, also you can check on you right of this chat that...

"I cant say enough about this place. Its my second visit, the grounds are absolutely stunning, the staff is incredible, the upkeep is top notch and maintained beautifully. Villla's are also very clean and comfortable. Thank you Treecasa! I will definitely return ♡♡♡"

"We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman that does the food and beverage service in the pool area. We rented a side-by-side quad one day to explore, even though we had a car. Lots of fun. "

"Loved the location, and view. Food was good and bad. Great steak, and cappuccino. But you have to pay extra to get bacon for breakfast. The washrooms were huge, great outdoor shower with hot water, but the composte toilets were baducally an outhouse toilet. Staff werecamazing."
