"This is a very pretty, instagram able hotel. It is clean and the staff was very nice. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the rooms do not have a deadbolt, chain, or other way for someone inside the room to lock the room so that a hotel employee with a key cannot enter. This is a dealbreaker for me - I would not have stayed here if I had known. The reason is that years ago in another country a hotel employee entered my room with a key and assaulted me. "Very quiet, no sulfur smell. It's right on the lake and you can watch the sun rise every morning. Be aware some of the rooms are actually 2 rooms joined together! They don't advertise this well. I was unpleasantly surprised to find I (traveling solo) had booked 2 hotel rooms! The manager seemed really reluctant to do anything until I escalated my complaints to the owner. "Wonderful 2 night stay in the 2 bedroom apartment on this lovely property. The staff and service was outstanding. The apartment was perfect with two completely seperate bedrooms and bathrooms a common livingroom with small table and kitcehnette. Ideal for a family of 4 or two couples. Private jaccuzi, in unit washer and dryer and fantastic view of the lake. "

"The staff were incredibly friendly and the property is absolutely stunning. Very luxurious room and amenities. 15 min drive to all of the restaurants etc. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in the area. "

"Room was nice and big. Shelves under bathroom sink need a thorough clean and behind the radiator was quite dusty (I’m asthmatic) but other than that the room was great. The water gets really really hot in the shower but I imagine that the water in the hot springs heats the showers so just something to be aware of especially if you have a baby or young child with you."
