The scenery was beautiful in the area. We were unable to get cell service in the cabin. Enjoyed our stay.

The Moose Tracks cabon is excellent. Perfect for two with all amenities for a peaceful getaway. The main building features lake view rooms and a lounge full of games and books for those rainy days. Many more cabins to come I expect as the campground expands and the main lodge at the top of the hill is amazing. It's a great option if Waterton is full or only has high season rates (20 minutes away - don't forget your park pass...grrr. $21 a day at the gate. Payne lake is very tranquil and I hear great for fishing. I would recommend staying here for sure. Hot water issue is real but manageable with patience.

If you're going to list "hot water" as a feature of the property it needs to be sufficient enough to have a shower. Hot water lasts about 60 seconds in the shower, this is unacceptable. You need to fix the water heater, I have used these often in the past. This one is broken. Also you need to upgrade the bed to AT LEAST a Queen sized bed!! What the hell are two adults doing sharing a DOUBLE!?!? I would not rent this cabin again simply because I can't get a shower or a decent nights sleep.

It was beautiful and comfortable. The hot water was lacking so having a shower or washing dishes with hot water was nearly impossible.
