The mattress and pillows are comfortable, however the wood platform the mattress is placed on is broken or something. Every time you sat down, turned over, etc, it made a very loud cracking noise. My husband and I are neither overweight, so that wasn't the problem. We were in room 21. We would stay here again, after confirming the bed issue was resolved. There...

The office staff I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. The motel is an older property but had been remodeled and is super cute. "We were camping and had to be relocated due to bad weather. Coming from the Super 8 Wyndham in Hot Springs, this place is AMAZING. The customer service is amazing and their is no hidden deposit like in hit springs super 8. "
