"This was one of the cleanest short term rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Inside and out, the place was very clean. The owners provide several games and activities, including a game table and bumper pool, that the kids loved. It has a great view and backyard access to the Cullasaja River. It is located halfway between Franklin and Highlands, and is within just a few miles of multiple, easy-access waterfalls. "

"The house was nice, but the heat was very unbalanced. Some rooms were hot and others cold. The location was perfect, but every bed needs to be replaced with a better mattress. "

"The location of this home is wonderful, the layout of the house is so nice and perfect for family and friends. We were pleasantly surprised with the interior being way bigger than the pictures show and it's decorated beautifully. Every guest loved the house. Plus, Suzie is a joy to work with!"

"I had friends from Michigan and Alabama meet up here. The cabin was amazing, so many features that just made our stay top notch. The view in the master was beautiful. Sitting out by the fire pit was very comfortable. The only thing we had a problem with was the driveway because we had 2 F250's, one with a trailer... It was a tight squeeze, but other than that, I would highly recommend"

"The property was very convenient, very clean, had everything we needed. It was in a newer, nice, secure neighborhood of other "Tiny Home" properties with a security gate to get in, so we felt safe. Much nicer staying here due to the full kitchen, full bath, small family room area, than staying at a hotel. We would Definitely stay here again. If you aren't adventurous, and prefer a more typical single family home or condo, than maybe you're not a candidate for this. But, we love doing things like...
