"We had a great time staying at Cascades Inn. Michael was so friendly and welcoming, and he made sure we were comfortable with the property. There are lots of seating areas and the waterfront is awesome. The cabin itself was comfortable, but could probably benefit from a deep clean (under the beds, under the kitchen stove, etc.). We didn't have any real issues, though, and it was stocked with all the supplies we needed. My kids absolutely loved it, especially the loft area. We cooked dinner, played games, and relaxed after an afternoon hiking at Tallulah Gorge. Very close to the park, and easy to find. My kids have already said they want to come back when it's warmer."

"The room we had, (a double Queen on 3rd floor) was as clean as we keep our house. The staff bent over backwards to help everyone. The hot breakfast was incredible and different every day, included with stay. I would highly recommend this hotel in Franklin to everyone."

"The cottage is absolutely adorable outside and inside! We had never been to the Carolinas so we very much appreciated the welcome book filled with valuable information about places to eat and fun outdoor activities! Everything was clean and cozy. The outdoor water feature had the most peaceful sound and was beautiful to look at. We plan to return again this summer and will definitely try to rent the same cottage again! "
