We had a problem with a delayed bag on our flight and even though this was in no way the responsibility of the hotel, Roy helped us with communications and other assistance. "Clean and a good size for a compact sized apartment.Great for a solo traveler or couple. A good supply of tea/coffee, toiletries and a nice touch that washing powder was available.Bus stop is outside for buses into Queenstown or the 5 Mile Shopping Centre.There is also a stunning walk along the waterfront to Frankton.The apartment wasn’t well numbered/signposted.There are other rentals in the complex and some guests decided they were too lazy to put two boxes and a bin bag of rubbish in the bin...

"A lovely little studio apartment with decent space however it had a terrible odour we suspected from a pool of liquid in a defrosted small fridge on arrival which made our freshly washed clothes smell also. Thinking a previous person staying may have eaten fish? Anyways the smell didn’t go away so we packed up and left after only one night (we booked for two). I alerted the owner so hopefully it gets sorted. "

"Lovely modern apartment, great to be able to bring our dog with us too. We love the location with the great pub bakery and quick access to a lovely walk along the Clutha river. It was over New Year and a car park was taken briefly. We tried to contact the manager on the number we had but it didn’t seem to be working, otherwise a brilliant stay thank you."
