"Villa was nice and clean and the pool was really lovely. The views from the pool and the rest of the villa were spectacular . The air con was a blessing as it was in the mid 30s every day . The kitchen was a bit dated but perfectly usable. The beaches were great with crystal waters( you might want to get beach shoes if you have sensitive feet as the beaches are mostly pebbles) All in all we had a highly enjoyable and relaxing time at villa Amalia ."

"The view from the patio and pool was amazing. Be aware the drive up to the villa is on an extremely narrow road with very tight turns. Our main complaint was with the booking process specifically modifications to our original reservation. We booked for 5 nights but due to changes in our schedule we were only able to stay for 2 nights. We contacted our host over 6 months in advance but was told it was a 4 night minimum stay. The 4 night minimum was never communicated in any spot in the booking process. The host was not flexible and we were charged for 4 nights even though we stayed for 2 nights."

"This place is perfect!! I was a bit hesitant to book at seeing as the views are a 6.0?! But I’m so glad I did. I booked the sea room view, it was incredible, staff were so friendly and helpful, the views are amazing and bedrooms are spacious with big beds. I would give it a ten! I got greeted upon arrival with a huge cold bottle of water then got taken to my room and your room gets cleaned every single day by the cleaners. Everyone said you would need to drive round here to get places but that certainly isn’t the case. I was a solo traveller and the bus route takes you everywhere you need to go. (Bus stop right outside hotel) Nisaki beach is gorgeous with two restaurants on it overlooking the sea and mountains. I highly recommend trying out glyfe restaurant! (20 min walk from hotel) and after 7pm they even pick you up and drop you off to your hotel, for FREE, by BOAT! A few shops near by with everything you’ll need (€2 beers) Ipsos town/beach is beautiful and you can get the bus there too! I would stay here a hundred times over, one of the best views I’ve seen and I’ve travelled a fair bit. Would recommend this to anyone!! Other reviews seem to be outdated and I’m assuming the hotel has upped their game since. I tried the dinner in the hotel too and it was all freshly cooked and prepared- chef told me about the local dishes they have to offer. Nisaki is truly a very beautiful place to visit. Be careful if you struggle to walk as it is up a hill! "
