"Spruce Island is an idyllic place and our host, Colie, a wizard. The magic began when Colie picked us up In the SeaLegs and transported us to the granite Main house. We opted for the full package, including having Colie as our Captain for the week. "The property was located in a peaceful wooded area on the quiet side of Acadia. It was not far to the major attractions in Acadia and Bar Harbor. Comfortable, clean space. There really isn’t a kitchen - no stove or sink, but there is a microwave, coffee pot and you can wash dishes in bathroom sink. There is a fridge. It had everything we needed since we were not cooking - just reheating. Lots of information sent ahead by the owners. We really enjoyed our stay. "
