"I thought the staff lacking enthusiasm when approaching reception. Building is run down but everything was clean. We did however enjoyed the rules to do with noise and surprisingly everyone obeyed . "

"Loved our stay in the twin room! We had a quick trip that required only one night in Dunedin. Late check in was seamlessly accommodated, the room was warm and cozy on arrival late at night. It was very clean, incredible shower pressure and comfy bed. Great location being in town - within walking distance to shops/the octagon etc and car park was provided for free. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend. "
