"This was a very nice, clean apartment. All of the staff was helpful and friendly but a special thanks to the maid who helped my husband and daughter carry our things up to the apartment. We only stayed in Bologna a short time but had a great stay! "

"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "

"My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. "

"The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. Bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all clean and comfortable. The little balcony is where we finished every evening listening to sounds of life. Great stay."

"We had a very nice stay at Casa del Laureato. We were worried at first because the building was nondescript but upon entering the door we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was bright, clean, spacious, modern, cozy and organized. The big window was a huge plus, the bed was comfortable, the heating worked, necessities were available in the kitchen, there was a washer, a smart tv, the wifi worked.
