"I had a lovely time at this hotel. At first, I was skeptical in booking because as an Amercian, I the name of the hotel wasn't familiar. But this hotel was exceptional. I had book Hyatt in a different location which I regretted. If I had knew about this Taj chain, I would have booked in all the cities I visited. Excellent room. Thye upgraded my room, and they breakfast menu was above a beyond. Even, they room service food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. "

Staff turn A/C off externally, and power to rooms so if phone on charge... it don't charge. Restaurant staff don't understand toast n jam on menu, and charge extra for butter. My rooms cost me £24 per night 2 rooms single occupancy, so £96 advertised at £12 pernight some places... not worth £12 "Very close to Taj Mahal" was the only positive thing can be said. "

"I had an amazing stay at Goyal Hoteliers during my recent trip to Agra. The best part was the location—it’s literally just a short walk from the Taj Mahal, which made visiting early in the morning so easy and peaceful. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The room I stayed in was spotless, the bed linen smelled fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. The staff were polite and quick to respond to requests. I loved how quiet the environment was despite being so close to a tourist...
