Our home is located in a residential area consisting of families. There is space for free parking on the street.
Our property is conveniently located just a 10 minute drive from the M74 allowing you to access Glasgow in 20 minutes by car and Edinburgh in 1 hour. Motherwell Town Centre can be reached by car in under 10 minutes where various shops, cafes and restaurants can be accessed.
Guests should be quiet between 19:00 and 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
Loud excessive noise especially during quiet hours will result in a £250 charge and immediate removal from the premises
