"The hotel is great the room was quiet with windows soundproof and bathroom renovated, but because it is the first hotel of the city (according to staff) and being an original construction from hundred years ago our room was not very accessible, after tak the elevator, needed to take an spiral star to arrive in the room, other than that a perfect hotel."

"Excellent stay, our junior suite was spacious, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The parking was difficult to find but overall we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Horrendous 2 hour sleep. Room stank of cigarette smoke on arrival via the air conditioning system. It smelled damp and of cigarettes due to the cold air pumped from elsewhere in the building. Sink didn’t drain. Hair came UP out of the plug when you ran the tap water. Trains and noise from station broadcasts carried directly to the room as no protection from it. Would have raised issues had we been at the hotel for longer. As it was, we arrived late and departed early. The service from the reception team far exceeded the quality of the hotel, sleep or condition of the room."

"Property was well situated for getting around Blois and surrounding areas. Disappointed on arrival after a long journey we couldn't have an evening meal as we were told we hadn't booked half board. Having said that the menu was rather poor we were directed to a nearby restaurant. Breakfast was ok."
