"Booked this as a last minute alternative to a wet camping weekend which would allow our dog. And it turned out to be a lovely stay! Nice and clean, the prosecco in the fridge was a welcome find, and all facilities you want are there. You have to be aware this place is really out there in a rural area, nearest village is around 3 miles away and it's car, walk or taxi only, hence the 4 stars for that which you need to factor in if it suits you. "The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. "We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread.
