"It is an absolutely gorgeous hotel in a great location. The staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. I liked that you could put a sign on your door to plant a tree rather than have your room cleaned as an option."

The shuttle at arrival was confusing as when I called the person couldn't tell me where/number to wait under...But was convenient to use in AM. Staff was nice and easy to check in. I had asked a question on Hotel.com "contact property" but never got a reply. But still a good place to stop for airport Lodgings"

"Just returned from a 4 night stay and can’t fault the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. Tea and coffee in the spotlessly clean room was much appreciated and there was no noise at all. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the railway station, with a lovely park just around the corner. Can’t recommend the hotel enough! "
