Many things like practising saying my complicated surname to make sure they pronounced it correctly and surprising me with a bottle of wine in my room for my birthday. "Lovely property, very clean, convenient for Sacré-Cœur and surrounding area. Métro a short walk and 1 line to centre (place de la Concorde) staff very pleasant, great continental breakfast. Would have liked drinks facilities in the room but able to make drinks to take to room so only a minor thing. Would definitely recommend to others. "
