"Has two room but heater only in one room. Second room way too cold to sleep in. No coffee maker. Had heater on 86 and got a little warm but insulation sucks. Had to buy own fire wood. Microwave didn’t work. Host very unresponsive didn’t message me at all regarding my concerns. Not happy at all. Will never stay there again. "

"It's as described, cute and cozy and private even though it's in a complex of cabins. 5 min from the mountain. Lights are so bright and harsh, and we washed dishes before use because they seemed just a liiittle questionable.Bed was comfortable, cabin was cute, everything worked and was pretty clean. Super clear communication from the hosts!"

"Got this cabin for a family trip to big bear, beautiful 3 story cabin. Had a great time. Playing pool. Hanging out, Watching the stars. And its close to a lot of stores and food in the area about a 5 min drive. Would stay again any time."

"I chose this property because it was kid and dog friendly. My kids loved this cabin and didn’t want to go home. "

"The cabin was very nice and super clean. The garage is right in front. It is a bit of a walk from the house, but its not bad. The owner will answer your call if you have any issues. She had to send the good neighbors agreement on their rules and clean up. If you do not get the check in instructions, just give her a call and she'll answer. I will say the master bedroom is the coldest because its so far in the back, but give it a few hours and it will be fine. Our twin daughters were obsessed...

"We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It was clean and bigger than I expected. A remarkable price and worth the trip. We were disappointed that the Hot tub as advertised was not working thus I would’ve given this 5 stars. But we were able to check out late and that was deeply appreciated. Overall I would rebook. "

"We loved this cabin! It was exceptionally clean and really beautiful. The pictures don’t quite do it justice. It was very comfortable, check in was easy and the communication was great. Location was easy to find, you can walk to the zoo and it’s a short drive to the village. The hot tub was great and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. "

"My wife and I and our two children (9 and 6 years old) stayed two nights and had a great time. The house was clean and perfect for our needs. The walk to Snow Summit Chairs 1 and 2 was approximately 4 or 5 minutes with kids in tow, probably a minute shorter without kids. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Big Bear."

"Our stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was fantastic! We spent most of our time in the family room and kitchen. The remodeled kitchen was a highlight, equipped with almost everything needed to cook. The dining table seated six comfortably, perfect for both adults and kids.The family room was cozy, with a decent-sized TV above the fireplace.
