"Excellent room Staff are helpful but cannot speak English. Comfortable place The only complaint was the food. It snowed on the night of arrival and the next day we decided to use the hotel dinning. There plenty of choices but the food are not as fres at other places and was quite expensive . We later found reasonably close by restaurant which are actually cheaper. "

"I wholeheartedly recommend this onsen to anyone visiting morioka, even if for a couple of nights only. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the service was the best we had experienced before in any hotel or onsen. "It was a large facility with a beautiful view of the lake. The view was even better due to the leaves changing colour. The hot springs baths were wonderful. The meals were spectacular as well."

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. Onsen was relaxing and food was delicious. The staff were very kind and attentive even though there was a slight language barrier. The location of the hotel is situated in the beautiful mountains with very easy access to Lake Tazawa. I would gladly return for another visit. "
