"Excellent room Staff are helpful but cannot speak English. Comfortable place The only complaint was the food. It snowed on the night of arrival and the next day we decided to use the hotel dinning. There plenty of choices but the food are not as fres at other places and was quite expensive . We later found reasonably close by restaurant which are actually cheaper. "

"I wholeheartedly recommend this onsen to anyone visiting morioka, even if for a couple of nights only. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the service was the best we had experienced before in any hotel or onsen. We were picked up from the bus stop with a shuttle service run by the hotel, which was fantastic. We had booked the room with the private onsen and it was just perfect. "アメニティがドモホルンリンクルは良く無いと思う。同じくらいの箱根や熱海はミキモトかポーラだったので。若いスタッフが話しかけてくれて嬉しい。これからもっと育っていって欲しい。部屋から食事所や野天風呂への廊下は寒過ぎ（11/30）なので、さらに寒さ対策の上着か暖かい靴下などが欲しい。寒かったので、お粥もあると嬉しいかも。苦情は言ったが、総じて良いお宿だと思う。また、違う季節に行ってみたいと思います。ありがとうございました。"

"Fantastic ryokan, located in a very quiet countryside area. Lots of nature and birds. Very peaceful. You will need a car to get to this ryokan. The road to the ryokan is narrow. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. Onsen was relaxing and food was delicious. The staff were very kind and attentive even though there was a slight language barrier. The location of the hotel is situated in the beautiful mountains with very easy access to Lake Tazawa. I would gladly return for another visit. "

"It was a large facility with a beautiful view of the lake. The view was even better due to the leaves changing colour. The hot springs baths were wonderful. The meals were spectacular as well."

"Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked. Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!"

"チェックインからの対応はとても良いです。館内は回廊のようになっていますが、中居さんが説明をしてくれながら部屋まで案内してくれます。温泉はトロトロのお湯でとても気持ち良かった。会席料理もどれも美味しく満足できました。　部屋もお風呂もどこも清潔で気持ち良く過ごせます。平日の宿泊だったのでとてもゆっくりできましたが、繁忙期だと状況も違うかもしれません。また来てみたい宿のひとつです。"
