Nevertheless, when I called to try to cancel, the lady at the other end of the line was extremely helpful and did her best to provide the best service. Although cancellation was not possible because it was done through Expedia (who by the way was not responsive at all), they offered to accommodate us the next morning to eat breakfast and stay in the room until checkout time st 11AM."
