"I like the strong water pressure in the shower. Clean and tidy. Great and easy communication with property management. Easy access to train stations and Dotonborri. What is missing are the clothes dryer and iron. Everything else is great."

"There is no elevator which we knew going into the booking, but if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to haul it up several flights of narrow stairs. Their beds were the softest we've had in our whole month trip and even in Tokyo we keep saying how much we miss the beds. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and a burner with kitchen tools and a single pot and pan for cooking. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book this again."

"Fantastic location, about 10 mins walk to Namba station which is a hub to transfer to any of Osaka's main subway lines including the Nankai that goes directly to and from Kansai Airport. Staff is very responsive and helpful! Also, be sure to take advantage of their freeluggage storage (9am-5pm) at their main Sakimoto building right across Namba station. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We stayed here mainly for the sumo tournament which is only a couple of minutes away on foot. Dotonbori is within walking distance. Easy access to public transport. Convenience store very close. We would definitely stay here again. The room was big enough for three. Great shower. Easy keyless check in. Comfy beds. Very little noise within the facility but the street sounds could get loud at times. Nice, clear instruction book for everything in Japanese, English, and Korean. Incredibly quick...

"Near to world's longest shotengai (covered shopping arcade). 5 min walk to Temma train Station. 5 min walk to Riverside park. Beautiful during autumn. "
