"We were drawn to this property because of the location, which was ideal! Very walkable to downtown shopping and restaurants as well as campus. The space, though small, was immaculately clean and very up to date in furnishings, kitchen and bathroom. The IU themed decor is also fun! Also, the air conditioner, outlets, and lamps in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, and the property manager never responded how to get that going again. "I liked that each family had a separate space to stay. We loved the outdoor area on the second floor where all of the family gathered. "The cabin was in a great location for proximity to Nashville and brown county state park. The cabin was very nice. The backyard with fire pit and cornhole was very fun. Our issues were that the kitchen had no place for storage of food we brought and the pans and cooking utensils weren’t great for the number of guests. These were minor inconveniences and not a reason we would not revisit. Also we had to call the host for a tech issue and she responded very quickly. "
