"The dedicated parking space at a central location during a busy weekend was exceptional. All of the local shops and restaurants were within a short walking distance. The two flights of steps and walkway could have been better. A keurig coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave were nice amenities.The bedding was comfortable although the mattress was harder than we were used to."

"I loved everything about this property...the vibrant colors, that sofa!, the fully equipped kitchen, the Turkish flourishes, the shower/showerhead, the gorgeous wood floors...the list goes on. Check was easy-peasy; the easiest I've ever experienced in this kind of property. Coffee was plentiful as were the coffee add-ins. Five Stars."

"The photos don't do it justice - this triplex is SUPER cute, cozy, and eclectic! We loved everything about it! It didn't affect us, but the only bathroom is in one of the bedrooms, so that's something to consider if you have more than one person/couple staying there. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the porch, yard, or fire pit, since it was raining the whole time we were there. Would definitely stay here again! It's a gem!"

"Can’t say enough how this was the perfect spot to stay. In town for an IU football game, this place allowed enough space for our family and friends to spread out and relax. The outdoor space was great for a post-game beverage and time to catch up. The indoor space was cozy and comfortable for catching a few more games and meals. "

"I stayed by myself for a few days to relax in a country setting and hike while the leaves were beautiful. Catalpa Tree house was just what I wanted nice hosts, clean, hot water, comphy bed, warm and inviting. The hot tub was clean and the jets Worked well. I enjoyed sitting in it while watching birds and squirrels around me Quiet except for noise for a short while one morning from the lumber co next door. I also heard a group of coyotes howling one night which I just loved!"

"Our host Cole was very responsive and even let us stay a little beyond checkout time, which was really nice! However, the beds were pretty much like sleeping on a table and quite possibly the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. The price for staying was high for the cheapness of the uncomfortable and sparse furnishings. Only 2 stools at the kitchen counter and one mid-size couch and chair in the living space. "I liked that each family had a separate space to stay. We loved the outdoor area on the second floor where all of the family gathered. It was so nice at night because the little lights all came on & we lit the gas flame burner. We could easily walk to all the shops in town. It was very quiet in the evenings. It was safe for our little guy who was 18 months old."

"Our family of four enjoyed a great long weekend before school started. The unit was clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed! We especially enjoyed the rooftop and had several fun evenings making smores. The location was perfect - easy walk to shops and restaurants; short drive to Brown County State Park. The owner was very communicative and responsive. We are looking forward to visiting again!"

"I took my daughters and a friend for a girls trip to beautiful Nashville Indiana. We’ve been to Nashville numerous times and love everything about it but we’ve never actually stayed in town. "My best friend from high school and I stayed the weekend and it was great! The owner popped in on Saturday and we had a wonderful chat She was very welcoming to me, my friend and my dog. Check in and check out were both easy-peasy. Lakefront location was excellent and accommodations were cozy, homey and super inviting. Would definitely rent again! "
