"There were 6 adults, one toddler and one infant staying at the cabin. We arrived late on the first evening, were gone the next entire day and evening on Mackinac Island and got up the next morning to check out. So we spent very little time in the cabin and on the grounds. It was very convenient to Mackinac Island. "The cabin is exactly as described on VRBO. We had a little difficulty with the lockbox (probably because both my husband and I have arthritis in our hands). The lake is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed evenings by the fire pit enjoying the lake. Great location as we visited the shipwreck museum and Mackinac Island. We also spent a day just enjoying the cabin, the lake, and watching movies. We thought we would miss internet but really enjoyed not having it. We wished that there was a bathroom...

"A couple of us are from the UP and are very happy with our stay but… finding the property proved to be difficult as there is not a proper and well defined address or signage and the driveway or lack there of is a big BIG problem, the cabin itself was absolutely a dream but that is all I would give a positive feedback on, the fire pit was great and it was fully stocked but the creek as described in the picture is non existent but overall it was a good stay"
