"Enjoyed the spacious living area; however, the house definitely needs care and could be cleaner. If you are not a fan of SPIDERS this house may not be for you! A good sweep down of webs and even exterminator would be beneficial. But I hate spiders!! Ack!!Location is a plus and kitchen is very nice. Washer/dryer on-site and an abundance of towels, also a plus. Perhaps a winter visit but due to spiders inside and out we would not stay spring through fall. Beautiful scenery though!"

"We booked this home in North Hero for a familly gathering and we all were very impressed with all it had to offer. Being directly on the lake we had everything we were looking for. The large interior space is comfortable and well appointed. The outside area with a boat dock, campfire area, and screened in porch allowed us to enjoy the perfect August Vermont weather. The fishing is also very good right off the dock. "

"The house was well equipped. But we had to do a substantial cleaning ourselves after we checked in. There were two large baskets of dirty damp beach towels we had to wash and dry. The pool house was filthy. The bathroom waste baskets were full. The swimming pool and hot tub water was cloudy. We checked the chemicals and found high Ph and very little chlorine. We drove to Milton to buy the chemicals needed to fix. On Saturday the pool service man came and apologized and reimbursed me for the...

"Though the house was nice and pretty much what we expected, there was no information about staying there. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv to cable or to hook up the DVD player so we could use it. We didn't put the trash out to be collected because we didn't know when they were coming. We went to the beach that we think we were allowed at but we didn't know because there was no information about it."

"The house was great for our needs. We stayed for a quick wedding reception. This house is definitely more ideal for a family with kids who can easily get up and down the lofts. Shower in the master suite was a little odd as there wasn’t a shower curtain between the shower and the entry door to the room. We loved the thoughtful extras, towels on our beds, sweet Vermont treats, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Only wish was another toilet but understand probably...

And wasnt really left with any dishwasher pods or laundry degerent had to buy our own since it took property team a few days to respond. (I Didnt call or push it just texted since it wasnt an urgent need). "

"Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock...
