"Over all the stay was good. I’m not a picky person with hotels/motels/inns. The are was easy to get too. Check in was quick and easy. Host was nice. However, Lots of dead bugs under the beds and in some drawers, didn’t see any live ones which was good. "

"For the price and meeting my basic needs: cleanliness, comfort, conveniency, friendly staff, I found American Inn an excellent place to stay. When the TV did not work it was fixed without delay. I will definitely stay with them again."

"In short, these are the best VRBO owners I've ever worked with! Their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend you staying with them. This past weekend they went above and beyond in helping us address some unforeseen, weather related issues. If future plans ever have me in the Birmingham area again, I will definitely try first to stay at their place!"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great overall experience. The staff was very accommodating and kind. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The property was very clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the spacious room and the kitchen was nice and well stocked. The only problems we experienced were that the indoor pool was so cold that our daughter couldn’t swim and when we arrived back at the hotel there was no parking in the lot they provide. We found another spot on the street, but it was frustrating because we had to pay $50 for parking that we couldn’t even use. "
