"The facility although under renovations, was great. The room outstanding. The service sucked. On checkin, i was told that there was a $50 incidental. I was preplexed as i had called the hotel and was not made aware. I was making a suggestion that that info should be given up front. The, i guess, manager, cane out with a big attitude.
