"Always come back here when on business in Belgium. It’s a 5 minute drive from Charleroi Airport which is South Brussels. The team here are always friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always busy and offers great food and drinks. It seems to be a popular spot for local residents too which says a lot about the quality of eatery. Rooms are generous size and parking on site is easy. We often use it as base too when heading back to the airport to catch a flight as you can wander in and have a cup of tea whilst catching up on some work. Will 100% use this hotel every time we are back in Belgium in this area. "

"Lovely warm room on a cold night. Restaurant was excellent. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Characterful ambiance. One way road system to get to the hotel was a bit of a nightmare as google maps showed the one way direction incorrectly. "

"The staff was, as always, amazing: extra pillows were waiting for us (as requested); we were informed at check-in that they would be there but if not, just to call reception and they would be provided. There was no decaf in the room but we were offered free a free cup of it from the machine in the reception area. "

"This location was very easy check in. We had a car rental and they have secure parking in the back for a small fee which worked for our stay. The room was clean and spacious which was a nice change since most rooms are small here in Europe. We did not use the breakfast option since we felt it was a bit pricey but opted to go to the market to buy some items. They had a small refrigerator and coffee pot with cream & sugar was nice. Overall our stay was great and may return again if in the area. "
