"We arrived excited about our stay to open the door to piles of dirty laundry. The couch was patched together with tape, the toilet was covered in hair, the floor was sticky in the kitchen, the bathmat was dirty with grime and what might have been dog poop. The bathroom had not been swept or wiped down and was covered in dust, hair, and dirt. There were 2 packages of moldy food in the fridge. The blankets had not been washed. The pillowcases had dirty marks on them, and the extra bedding was...

"The location was perfect for our events that we attended and ended up being right down the road from everything we did. The older house was very well kept up and we would have enjoyed more time there but our trip got cut short for other reasons. The communication by the owners was quick and very responsive and they were flexible with our adjusted schedule. The walk down to the dock was fun and standing there watching the river flow by was very relaxing."

"Rave reviews for this property! My wife & I, along with our teen daughter and 2 of her friends, visited over a long Fall weekend. The house is fantastic - very nicely updated, extremely well appointed with anything we needed (well-stocked kitchen w/ coffee, plenty of linens/towels, comfortable beds & furniture, etc), awesome layout allowing the girls to have a separate living area downstairs to hang out while my wife and I were on the main level w/ our dogs (pet-friendly… huge plus!).
