"Excellent Hotel and the Food was Amazing .Staff were fabulous .Breakfast was good as well. However we had a young girl at breakfast who didn’t look up to greet us.we had to ask where we were seated. She never returned to see if we needed more coffee! More training needed. Not a front person. The young girls we had for check in and our evening were Amazing . "

"We arrived to celebrate with family a 70th and 40th birthday. On first reaction of kitchen very shabby , fridge in the ?Pantry freezer all frozen up with leftovers of other guests ice cubes opened bags, cooker door broken handle and did not shut so could only use 1side of the cooker,tap handle broken, windows filthy I had to clean one to make sure ,very sticky dining table and well worn chairs with hollows in.
