"To start, I am not a smoker but I knew that this property isn’t non-smoking even though I had booked their non-smoking room. I was prepared for smoky because of past experiences at other similar casino hotels. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t that bad. The entire staff was friendly and responsive. I was surprised to discover their gaming room in the hotel, although small it also wasn’t very smoky. (It was tolerable for me.) I am glad for this alternative to their casino building across the street that is heavily smoky with very poor ventilation. I would consider returning for another stay and play!"

"A friend and I stayed one night here while we visited Ruby Beach and took the Rain Forest Tour. It was perfect for our needs, economical, clean, with convenient parking right outside our room. Ian, at the front desk, was very helpful and accommodating. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lake Quinault."
