"This place is just as shown in the listing. It is very comfortable or 2 to 4 people. Although it could sleep up to six people, the living room would be cozy for 6. We had an issue with heat in one room and contacted host and it was taken care of immediately, so very responsive. Kitchen has basic cooking equipment and glasses and plates for 6. Small dishwasher so easy to wash and reuse. Water from tap in kitchen had an odd taste for us, so we bought a couple gallons of water for the...

"This listing is exactly as you see. It is so big! Set up so well. We used this for a small 8 person retreat and it was perfect! The host is fabulous. We will be back. "

"Property is mostly clean but as expected considering up to four dogs are allowed at a time. Male dogs have clearly marked all over the house where only other dogs would notice (IE: we didn’t notice but our dog certainly did). Manager offered to clean but it will take a deep professional clean that will probably require the goose off the market for a couple of days. Otherwise, very satisfied.The fireplace is a great touch for use in the winter but remember to bring your own firewood with you...

"House was perfect. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Very kid friendly even though we had none with us. Loved the layout of the house, bedrooms at opposite ends of the house."

"It had alot of home touches, so you don't have to lug it from home. (Throws for lounging on the recliners, picnic basket, kitchen spices and pump soaps at all the sinks!) Wagon to pull everything to the beach, down the private path, or drive down the beach from the access rd only blocks away. The only"negative" is the tight garage, (didn't affect me, but I think my husband's fully loaded truck would have parked in the driveway)"
