Was happy with the casino and our room. But the Check in took forever..when we went to the desk there was a lady that said she had been waiting for 20 mins. while the receptionist was on a call. By the time I got signed in there was 4 other people waiting to check in. Need help at front desk especially at check in and out time

Our room had very obviously not been properly cleaned. The floors were covered with crumbs and pet food along with tons of little plastic rings. Even found empty food bags stuffed in the upholstery.

Low battery alarm started at 6:00 am.....not what you want after a late night at the casino. Also, 2 staff members were less than courteous. Not the best stay overall. Still waiting for hotel management to contact me regarding the alarm issue as they refused to discount room since i had booked thru Expedia.
