"Helena met us at the unit when we arrived to let us in and explained things for the unit. She gave us her number to contact her if we had questions or issues, which we did not. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location of the condo was fabulous. It was quiet, with gorgeous views of the marina, and very walkable to all the attractions and restaurants. "

"The bad: No wifi. Almost nothing provided, expect to bring your own hand soap. No washing machine. No extras that make stays easier - spare linens, beach towels, shampoo, beach toys. The entire neighborhood is a construction zone and will be for many years (this applies to any property on the peninsula). The good: amazing location!! 10-15 minute walk to many gorgeous beaches so you don't need to worry about parking. Pool outside was nice, we were usually the only ones there. Nice sized...
