Hotel had excellent breakfast but not much seemed available beyond that - maybe off season and very few people here. Sure it would be a very busy place in the summer. The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was a bit basic with no other amenities than a kettle and some cups. The restaurant was great with lovely food and very nice staff. "Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Have stayed in Praia da Rocha several times before but never at Flor da Rocha. Only disadvantages, staying in late March the balcony always seemed to be in the shade. At no point, even on the sunny warmer days was it ever a sun trap. Think this is due to the other buildings close by and the shape of the building itself. Other disadvantage, which isn't the apartments fault are some of the other guests. Sound proofing between apartments isn't great...
