When we checked in hotel was fully booked and our two rooms were in separate buildings...so our children (young) were not in same building as us. Restaurant on site was fully booked so we had to drive to another food place for dinner after a very long day of driving (make a reservation for dinner at on site restaurant if you plan to eat on site). "Perfectly located near downtown Hot Springs, this lovely b&b has all anyone could want including a wonderful host team! Comfy beds. Clean well appointed bedrooms. A self service galley for coffee, tea, etc and wonderful gathering spaces. "
