Cozy, quaint, artsy cottage in the heart of Warm Springs. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, galleries, trails, spa, the Warm Springs Pools and more! 5 mile drive to The Homestead Resort. Begin your day with coffee on the glass porch, among the treetops while listening to the clock-tower chime the hour and end it with sunsets around the fire pit before enjoying amazing stargazing. Take the walking tour down Germantown Road beginning at the Waterwheel and visit the Bath County Historical society. Convenient centralized location. Enjoy the charm of the claw foot tub and farmhouse sink. You’ll get a true taste of nostalgia and cottage mountain living! Queen bedroom and single bedroom share a door. Can be closed and used as two bedrooms or opened and used as a suite. Roll away bed is available.

This was an effect stay for a weekend girls trip in Warm Springs. Well-maintained historic home in the best location central to everything. Easy check in and great communication with property manager. All just wonderful.

Cozy cottage close to Jefferson Pools
The accommodations were perfect for our party of 4 adults plus canines. The cottage was well equipped for all our needs. We'd definitely stay there again next time we come up to enjoy the Jefferson Pools...very convenient and the price was right!

A wonderful weekend in Warm Springs
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lavender Hill Cottage! It’s cozy, clean, and conveniently located to a variety of activities. We visited the Homestead, Warm Springs Pools, a nearby hiking trail, Bacova Beer Company, and Sam Snead’s Tavern during our stay. The property manager was lovely to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. I would definitely stay at Lavender Hill Cottage again!

Our family enjoyed staying in this cute cottage. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the warm springs, hiking and kayaking, all which were near the cottage. It was nice that we were able to take our 2 dogs. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Love Lavender Hill Cottage
We had a wonderful stay at Lavender Hill Cottage. The home is in an excellent location and has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The cottage is cozy and inviting. Communication from the property manger was outstanding. We highly recommend this home and truly enjoyed our time in Warm Springs!

It was such a cozy and perfect cottage for a weekend getaway. The hosts are fantastic with communicating and have thought of a bunch of little touches to make the stay really wonderful. We loved that we could walk to a delicious restaurant for dinner (Waterwheel Restaurant at the Gristmill Square Inn). We came to Lavender Cottage for a relaxing weekend away and it was absolutely perfect :)

Cute place in a gorgeous setting
This cute house is on a hill looking out at the beautiful mountains of Bath County. It is roomy and cozy with a well stocked kitchen and the most conveniently arranged claw foot tub with shower I have seen. The host and manager were super friendly and helpful. A great place for a visit!

Cozy cottage in amazing location
This lovely home was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway. The vintage feel and decor made it so unique, and we felt right at home here. The home is located just 1 mile away from the Warm Springs Pools, which we visited twice. There are so many fun things to do in the area, including horseback riding and hiking. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Warm Springs!

The hostess was so responsive and nice. When we arrived she had the electric/gas fireplace going and Christmas music playing. It automatically relaxed us and set up a most enjoyable weekend. We will definitely be visiting again.
