"Good place to stay"

"The hotel itself is good. A bit expensive. The area used to be 'nice' outside. Now too much trafic. The sidewalks and street in the surrounding area must be updated and make new ans clean. I think I may stay in a hotel of compatible quality and service but that is not so crowded. The area has to improve to change my mind. At least have available better prices for repeat customers like me."

When my mum had an accident during our stay, the staff responded immediately and with great care, providing assistance and a wheelchair without hesitation. "Middle of nature reserve , beautiful verdant location. Wonderful included breakfast . We had dinner twice at the restaurant , was delicious and flavorful . Staff attentive. New property, some advertised facilities are not available - No spa, airport shuttle as advertised . Rooms were nice size and rustic to go with natural reserve theme .They have some issues with drainage , Bathrooms were smelly , very offputting . Room configuration bit weird - doorway to shower area . No doors to shower , only half glass door with full visibility of shower from room . Other Glass wall of shower faces outer hallway - can easily fix with some curtains. Overall nice , with a few tweaks can be better . "
