"We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. From the ferry, we suggest you use mainly roads, rather than paths up the mountain if you have luggage. The walking paths have uneven steps and are quite quaint when just going for a stroll. We felt welcomed the moment we walked into this homelike hotel. "Nice room in a cute complex. No wifi made it difficult. Sheets not included and had to pay extra for them. Good kitchen utensils but no dish soap, so cleaning was difficult. No extra toilet paper provided during a 4 day stay. We had a good time but would have appreciated a few more amenities. "

"- The appartment is too far from varenna (you have to walk 30mn on the cliff to reach varenna which is dangerous) and the transport is not really available there, so we had to take taxis (this costed us around 30Euros per day and limited our flexibility as taxis are really rare especially at night) , if you want to visit varenna pay more and prefer an appartment in varenna than perledo - we didn't see the host, he wasn't there in the check-in nor in the check-out... we left cleaning fees on the...

"Lovely welcome package - helpful guide from the owner and beautiful views. Comfortable sleeping for seven guests and good cooking appliances and cutlery. Lots to do in area and close to boat hire and water sports hire places. Good restaurants nearby in Sorico. The natural spring is quite challenging to get to but a good adventure. No complaints - would recommend! "

Due to the wooden blinds and the stone floor the appart was still cool while outside temperatures of 32 degrees and hence very suitable for dogs. The garden is also very large and has a magnificent view on the lake and mountains."
