"It was a good property but it was the wrong time of year to be there. It is a seaside resort and it would be better to be there when it was warmer. The resort was too far from Monopoli for us and cost 25 euros for a cab. "

"Staff were pleasant and room was lovely. Not all features advertised were available- there was no swim up bar, no pool service without going into the bar- where you are not supposed to go in swimwear, the restaurant was closed in the evening and the cafe closed at 5.30 so the only fiod option after 5.30 was to wait 2 hours and pay 35 euro per person for a buffet dinner, or go out of the hotel which required a shuttle or taxi. Also i felt that charging 10 euro per person per day for shuttle use...

"This was my first stay in Monopoli. I have no complaints. Palazzo Indelli is gorgeous, the food amazing, the service insuperable. Marilenia, (sorry if I’m writing your name incorrectly), was so sweet and amazing as well as the two gentlemen who also took care of us in concierge. All of them were so polite, professional and helpful. The two ladies at breakfast were so sweet! I am looking forward to visit Palazzo Indelli next summer with the rest of the family.
