"The staff at the front desk very friendly act with professionalism. Food was okay would be better with more choices. Rooms in need of upgrade, specially bathrooms and outlets only feed European charges. The reception provide chargers as they gets it doesn’t have enough to distribute among the rooms."

"Everything was great, bathroom really clean, just the hallways needs repair. Also did not like that I was not able to make a reservation at the restaurant, I was told just to confirm when checking in, the info provide it was incorrect and they kept sending me to different places and no one confirm the reservation."

"The resort was nice, we didn't realize how big it was when we reserved. Presidential suites is very out of the way and this resort is huge. It was quiet, clean, the cleaning staff and service were excellent. A problem we had was that the cold water in our shower didn't work, and took 3 days to address. The same for restocking our fridge (restocked half way in a week long stay, after requesting numerous times), staff CONSTANTLY calling in the morning. The resort is huge, and you will be walking...

"I always love coming to Cabarete and staying in this hotel. Sad thing is that they are NOT all inclusive. But my husband and I eat at the surrounding restaurants and they are very tasty and affordable. The meal plans at This place is too expensive and they are Not as tasty "
