"From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us and made us feel at home. We had total privacy in our unit, enjoying spectacular sunrises, views of the bay, and ocean breezes and the sound of the waves. The private rocky beach had comfortable chairs and a kayak which we used to cross the bay. Resort-level pool felt so private and luxurious overlooking the Caribbean. We will be back. Caron and Dave are lovely and inspiring people. Thank you so much for sharing your dream home with us."

"This is a lovely house in a stunning location. Very clean, high-quality build, well-equipped, comfortable, private, perfectly quiet other than the wonderful sound of waves. The hosts are next door and are helpful and friendly but not at all intrusive. But . . . we thought the listing was less than accurate. We chose this place mostly because of the description of the location: “beach access via a private neighborhood staircase.” That made it sound like we might want to spend a day or so of our vacation staying around the house, visiting that beach. But the “beach” is really just a narrow steep rocky strip, and not terribly clean. You can get into the water there, but it’s not the kind of beach where you would want to sit and relax. To go to a beach where you might want to hang out, you have to drive. If you want a really wonderful place to stay, and you don’t mind a short drive to go do things, this place is perfect. "

"We absolutely loved Blue Agave Villa. The house was much better equipped than others we have rented on St John. I honestly can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. It was so convenient to stores, restaurants and the center of Cruz Bay. However, when at the house we felt far away from any activity given the quiet and the incredible views. Jackie was wonderfully helpful and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this property. We will be back!"

"The house was beautiful and clean, gorgeous view. Loved the two separate efficiency apartments for the in laws. We could all hang out but also retreat back to our separate parts of the house at the end of the day. Short drive to down. Great place. "

"Great place. Responsive owners who live next door. Ample space for 2 people. Nice outdoor area including deck with a great view and a hot tub. Clean, everything needed for cooking, chairs and cooler. Only thing I'll say, which is a St John thing overall, have a 2 door jeep. Very least have ground clearance, 4x4 would be preferable. You won't get around this island and up and down this driveway without it. It's worth it though. Have fun! "

"Overall had a great time and the accommodations were fine. Our property manager was very responsive and helpful. The only thing the listing did not include was that the laundry is located in the one bedroom suite downstairs and is only available to the top floor if the occupants downstairs allow. Luckily, the people renting the lower level the last week were very friendly and didn't mind us using it."
