"We thoroughly enjoyed our cottage with a great view over Fish Bay. Quiet and peaceful excellent communications with hosts on where to go, beaches, and beach chairs, towels etc for our use. Recommended Cloud9 sailing for a fantastic sailing day around outer islands and a couple of snorkeling stops"

It was extremely clean, spacious and beautiful! it has two levels to allow privacy if wanted! it was even prettier in person with an amazing view on both levels! the ac and fans worked great and both bathrooms and showers were wonderful. it is also a short drive to downtown and the best beaches! the host was amazing! She made us feel very welcome and safe. She even provided beach chairs and extra towels which was so kind! She also helped us with a car vacuum for the rental car and provided a taxi number. we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"

"Stunning location that sits right on a beautiful bay. Sound of waves on shore at night invite sleep. Very private and quiet. Great bed. First class deck with pool. Great hosts who live on property- but we felt like we had it to ourselves. A real gem."

"We are a family of three adults and the house more than met our needs. It is well furnished and comfortable with a gorgeous view. It is situated a few minutes drive to Cruz Bay and grocery stores but far enough away to be peaceful. Communicating with Elise, the property manager, was easy and she was incredibly helpful. We would definitely stay there again having been to St. John five times now."

"My husband and I stayed at this beautiful location for 4 nights. The pictures do not do it justice. The views are amazing. The property is very private. We enjoyed coming back in the evening to sit on the deck snd listen to the crashing waves as the sunset. We hope to be back in the future."

"Beautiful villa, perfect for a family of four. We utilized taxi service as our transportation as it is not a walkable area. Nonetheless we made friends with some of the drivers who we contacted directly for pick up. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, clean throughout, the pool was a nice touch after a day at the beach. We enjoyed a catamaran tour, private jeep island tour, hiking, and visited several beach. Highly recommend!!"

"Nice little guest house with beautiful views over Hart Bay. Very comfortable for two people. Kitchen well supplied to allow for some cooking. Beach towels and chairs provided, which was a bonus. Host on property and very responsive. Property is dependent on rain for all water, so necessary to conserve water (and purchase all drinking water). Pool deck could use some upkeep. Road to the house is not for the faint of heart - definitely need an SUV and have to drive carefully on the narrow/rough road, but worth it to be close to town and have nice views!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The check-in process was seamless, and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. He even met us at the Jeep rental and personally guided us to the property, which was a nice touch. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and towels that were provided—they made our beach days so much easier.To be honest, we spent most of our time either at the beach or in town, so we were really only at the property to sleep. The first night, we noticed some mosquitos, but that’s to be expected in the tropics. Overall, a great experience, and we’d stay here again!"
