"I have been coming to this part of the Russian River for well over a decade. I had stayed here at this very property many years ago while under its previous ownership. It will now be on my list of go to spots to stay. The upgrades that the current owner has done are tasteful and modern while still holding on to the areas rustic charm. "Like: I had to call the number posted on the front door when I arrived. The call was answered quickly and the host came immediately to check me in. She also added a heater to my room to help heat it up (without me asking). She was very friendly and confirmed where I could grab some food. She came up and knocked shortly before 9pm to make sure I was warm enough and ask if I needed more blankets. I could smell the detergent on the sheets (not sure about the blankets though) Didn't like: The room...

"We loved staying at this charming B&B type inn. They do have a full bar and an outstanding bartender. The setting is beautiful and the location is excellent. Be aware that it's kind of like a great old house, so you might be able to hear your neighbors. "

"The place is dirty. There is no hot tub. There are no fire pits. There was a huge stain on our carpet. We got there, walked in our room, walked down to the river, walked back to our room and then left. Dont be fooled by the photos, this place is a dump. BAIT AND SWITCH"
