"La casa molto bella e molto ben tenuta, accoglienza e chek in tutto molto bene, la posizione rispettava quanto descritto sull’annuncio, unica pecca la dotazione e l’arredamento a dir poco essenziali, con qualche accorgimento e un piccolo investimento la proprietà puó trasformare questo appartamento in un gioiellino da invidiare. Tutto sommato direi BUONO !!"

"Niet schoon. Termieten in slaapkamer. Apparaten (wasmachine, vaatwasser, strijkbout) allemaal kapot. Er is geen verwarming of airco en dus in het voorjaar best wel fris in huis. Geen dekens, die werden wel meteen gebracht, maar behoorlijk muf. Beperkte warmwater capaciteit, boiler is snel leeg. Terras en uitzicht prima."
