"Received excellent customer service, on family-owned and -run, vacation property. The villa resembles a castle on the exterior. Interior is spacious, and spotless. Great Room is , decorated with quirky items, such as a chair & footstool, both with the British flag; vinyl records with an actual player, and a fireplace. "Amazing property. Everything was clean. there’s a grocery 5/7min walking distance. One thing I did not like is that Outside of the building had so many graffiti’s. Overall it was a great experience will definitely be back. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the BWAstrid. It was a little bit further out than we’ve stayed in Rome before but it really didn’t seem far. We had a small room reserved which was perfect for us as we don’t spend too much time in the room while on vacation. The room was always perfectly cleaned. And the front desk staff assisted us with airport transport both coming and going. The neighborhood was quiet and near the Tiber River. What we really appreciated was the complimentary mini bar items. The free waters were life saving every night/morning. And the little Gelato place a couple doors down had the best lemon gelato ever! We even got to spend St Patrick’s day at an Irish Pub that was a street over. Great bar food. So the neighborhood has a little bit of everything and near public transportation too. Great place to stay!"
