"Short stay because we didn’t like to take a cold shower. No hot water and no indication that the management would fix the problem. It seems they really knew about the problem because they ran the water first thing after entering the property. It ran for about 10-15 minutes and still nothing. Should have known then it would be a problem. I also like people to be honest. They were not honest with VRBO about our conversation about the property. Good thing I had it all on the messages on the app."

"Overall, everything was as listed. We had a good stay. Location was excellent and we either took the Metro or the bus to everywhere since the Metro station and bus stop were very close to the apartment. We were really happy that it had an elevator.Having two bathrooms was a major bonus and saved us a lot of time. Daniele, the owner's agent, who met us on arrival was really helpful and available at all times via Whatsapp. He also arranged a car ride for us to the airport at 5 AM on our departure...
