"Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. Ended up connecting with a GREAT stranger named Daniel, let me use his phone which allowed us to order a taxi to get to the villa, called Alex to explain he had no problems, sent his colleague Zander to get us in the property, accommodations met with him and what started off as a shake up...

"What a great house. Perfect for a family or friends. Plenty of space to separate and lots of outdoor area to eat or play cards or swim. Ricky is an excellent host. The communication was excellent and he answered my questions quickly. The location is excellent as it takes a quick 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Can’t thank Ricky enough for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back. "

"Loved this property! Came with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bed sheets were in worn condition, no towels for washing dishes, couch is worn. Neighbors are amazing, view is amazing and in a nice gated community. Communication with owner was great. Very clean property, but stairs are steep. Beach is right across a not too busy street. We didn’t get check out instructions until the evening before, and left the house before 3 am to catch a flight. I would have liked to have check out...

"Gio the house manager was very professional and attentive. If we had a question or needed something done right away, he was on top of it. Definitely loved working with him and his team! The teenagers loved the turf soccer field and got a lot of use out of playing on it. Overall, it was a good experience."

"I was in Puerto Rico with family to take my moms ashes back to her hometown. The original place I had booked had a busted pipe so we had to move. The owner was prompt to respond, had unit cleaned, and we were able to access it sooner than expected. The house is in a great neighborhood not far from the beach or shopping. This place is great, the beds are all comfortable, The patio is a nice size has a ping pong table and there's a grill to BBQ on. The kitchen is a tad bit small but does not lack...

"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "Everything about the home was perfect!"

"Everything was great, we’ve had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place."

"This property is wonderful!. Super clean, very comfortable beds, a/c, nice furnishings and kitchen. Incredible beach with swimming protected by rock jetties just steps away. Restaurants for a night out nearby. Supermarket and all necessities around corner. 35 minutes from San Juan. We had one issue with the gate not opening but the host solved it within 5 minutes. "This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer. The showers use solar heating so they are cold in the morning but hot in the evening. The kitchen has what you need for the most part....

"The set up of this condo for friends traveling together as couples was perfect. We had four bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. Lots of outdoor space as well. Owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. Couple small things, we were a little confused trying to find the beach and Thought that once we hit the embassy suites that was it. If you go past there, there is a huge beach that is all public where you can walk for miles with beach bars near it. Also, we could use a few more...

"Our group loved our stay here! The check in process was very easy (accessing lockbox for keys, gate codes, etc) and all instructions communicated. The entire time John was very responsive and helpful in recommendations and/or questions! After an exhausting day of traveling, it was nice to enter the home with a 6 pack of cold beer & soda. All bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, shampoos, and trash bags which was so nice!The house itself was amazing! We spent most of our time relaxing...
