"Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. Ended up connecting with a GREAT stranger named Daniel, let me use his phone which allowed us to order a taxi to get to the villa, called Alex to explain he had no problems, sent his colleague Zander to get us in the property, accommodations met with him and what started off as a shake up...

"Gio the house manager was very professional and attentive. If we had a question or needed something done right away, he was on top of it. Definitely loved working with him and his team! The teenagers loved the turf soccer field and got a lot of use out of playing on it. Overall, it was a good experience."

"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "This was our first time in Dorado, we were absolutely swept away by this property. Amazing safe location, steps from the beach. It’s right outside of Embassy suites, so you have a restaurant within walking distance, as well as casino and bowling alley. Plenty of things to do with the whole family. The condo is extremely clean with everything that you need for a perfect stay. Will absolutely be back."

"This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer. The showers use solar heating so they are cold in the morning but hot in the evening. The kitchen has what you need for the most part....

"The 4 bedroom/4 1/2 bathroom unit was perfect for our group of 4 couples. It is located across from the community pool and about a 10 minute walk from a lovely small beach at the Embassy Suites. There is a nice backyard area with a grill as well as outdoor patios. The unit was clean, has great artwork, comfortable beds, nice bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), and beach/pool towels and chairs were provided. Communication was great prior to, during, and following our visit."
